Being able to see what other people are thinking can be helpful to others that are going through the same things or situations. Seeing other colleagues blogs can help you to relate to issues they are dealing with and you can offer advice to them. It's a good opportunity to get tips and learn from others. Keeping a blog in your classroom would be good for your students because it would give them an opportunity to express themselves and they can post about how they feel about things. This could also show the students how much alike they actually think and they can help others by answering each others questions or by encouraging each other.
